First Vex Robotics Competition

At the start of year 10, I joined the NLCS Robotics team. This team is the start of our school's Robotics history and I was proud to be a team member. Since we made a new school branch, our team had to start from the bottom. We ordered the materials needed to build the robot, however, due to the limited time for the competition deadline, we couldn't make a robot that could beat every team. We were not fully ready to participate. We tried to focus on gaining experience and using it in the national competition.

However, the competition went to a totally different aspect. Though we started the group stage with 2 losses, we won 3 times in a row and ended in 4th place. We didn't expect we would do this great. Unfortunately, in the semi-final, we lost. Though we couldn't get any awards, I can say that this was a valuable experience. We could set a clear goal, spot our problems and be ready to improve.

I hope to see solid improvements in the next January competition and win🥇
